Courier shipping

We do not ship by courier within Italy yet. We are working on it: when national shipping launches we will announce it on the site and in our newsletter (subscribe at the bottom of the page to hear first).

Home delivery in Florence

We deliver in Florence and nearby areas through our partners Glovo and Deliveroo. Search for "GiaoGiao Market" in your favourite app: catalogue, delivery fees and times are managed by the platforms.

In-store pickup (free)

Order from our online shop and choose "Store Pickup": we prepare your groceries and notify you via WhatsApp or email when they are ready.

Pick up at Via Lippi e Macia 49/A, Florence — Mon-Sat 09:00-21:00 (closed Sundays and public holidays). Frozen and fresh products stay in our cold storage until you arrive.
