Wrong, damaged or defective product

If your order contains a wrong, damaged or non-conforming product (e.g. opened packaging or expired product), contact us within 48 hours of pickup or delivery with a photo of the product and your order number.

We will offer you the solution you prefer: a replacement with your next pickup, store credit, or a full refund.

Right of withdrawal and food products

By law (art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code) the right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable food or items that deteriorate quickly — such as fresh, frozen and chilled products — nor to sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened.

For non-food products and non-perishable food with intact, sealed packaging you can withdraw within 14 days of pickup or delivery, no reason needed.

Refund times

Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the order within 14 days of the request being approved. For card payments, the credit time depends on your bank (typically 5-10 business days).

Glovo and Deliveroo orders

For orders placed through Glovo or Deliveroo, report the issue directly in the platform app (order help section): refunds and replacements are handled by them. If you can't get it solved, write to us and we'll help.
