How does store pickup work? +
Order from our online shop and choose "Store Pickup". We prepare your groceries and notify you via WhatsApp or email when they are ready: collect them at Via Lippi e Macia 49/A, Florence, during opening hours (Mon-Sat 09:00-21:00).
How much does store pickup cost? +
Nothing: store pickup is free, you only pay for your groceries.
How soon is my order ready? +
We usually prepare orders within a few hours, always same-day during opening hours. We notify you as soon as everything is ready — no need to come before the notification.
Do you deliver to homes? +
Yes, in Florence and nearby areas via Glovo and Deliveroo: search for "GiaoGiao Market" in the app. Delivery fees and times are managed by the platforms.
Do you ship across Italy? +
Not yet: we currently do not ship by courier. We are working on it — subscribe to the newsletter to hear when we launch.
Which payment methods do you accept? +
Online you pay securely by card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) via Stripe. In store we accept cash and all major cards.
How are frozen and fresh products handled? +
They stay in our cold storage until pickup. Product pages show a snowflake ❄️ for frozen items: we recommend a cooler bag for the trip home.
Where do I find a product's ingredients and allergens? +
Every product page shows ingredients, allergens and nutrition facts when available. If you have an allergy and something is unclear, message us before ordering.
What are GiaoPoints? +
Our loyalty programme: sign up to earn points on every purchase and convert them into discounts and rewards. Your balance is in your account page.
A product is out of stock: how do I know when it's back? +
On the product page you'll find a "Notify me" button: we'll send you a notification as soon as it's back in stock.
Can I change or cancel an order? +
Yes, as long as it hasn't been prepared yet: message us right away on WhatsApp at +39 324 261 3984 with your order number.
What are your opening hours and where are you? +
We are at Via Lippi e Macia 49/A, Florence. Open Mon-Sat 09:00-21:00; closed Sundays and public holidays.
